Erasmus+

In 2009 the Prague College of Psychosocial Studies joined the Erasmus programme and was awarded with an Erasmus University Charter (EUC) by the European Commission. In 2021 we joined Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) 2021 - 2027

Erasmus is co-financed by the EU and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech republic. Its aim is to support mutual relations and co-operation between universities across Europe, provide information about educational systems in various countries and bring education to the European dimension.

How to apply?

Firstly, you must be nominated by your home higher education institution until 30th November 2023.

Once you are nominated, please fill in this application form and send it to our Erasmus Coordinator Ms. Julia Pindakova - mobility@pvsps.cz also until 30th November 2023.

Here you can find Courses for the year 2023/2024. Please notice that Prague College of Psychosocial Studies has only spring term program in English, other courses are only in Czech. The spring term starts in February 2024.

Who is eligible to participate in Erasmus+?

Based on the applied conditions a student can participate in the programme if the student is enrolled in the bachelor or master's study programme on a higher education institution which has bilateral agreement with Prague College of Psychosocial Studies. The list of our partner universities is here. We are always open for new partner universities and institutions.

Study abroad regulations at Prague College of Psychosocial Studies:

  • length of study may take 5 months (from February 1st to June 30th)
  • a stay must be based on a bilateral agreement between a home higher education institution and Prague College of Psychosocial Studies
  • completed Courses (in English language) are evaluated with ECTS
  • a Erasmus incoming student does not pay any teaching fees at Prague College of Psychosocial Studies

 

Lifelong Learning

Prague College of Psychosocial studies has a special separate part Psychotherapeutic faculty that organizes three-year weekend theoretical study of psychotherapy in a form of lifelong learning. It is designed for further education of people from helping professions, for professionals working with people and for people interested in this field. We do organize seminars and workshops on various themes from the field of psychotherapy for professionals and the general public as well as trainings in group and community psychotherapy (psychodynamic and daseinsanalytic orientation). All in Czech.
